Great for diabetics
I’m diabetic and these are a great and delicious snack without the sugar or carb spikes thanks to the fiber! A little hard on the teeth so not for old folks worried about crowns but otherwise perfect.

The wasabi are easily my fave flavor. I used to love sriracha ones beat but I think wasabi has taken the lead. These are such a great snack- I stock up on these!
